Background

I’m a QA leader who specializes in building quality programs from the ground up. I’ve been the first QA hire at companies where revenue and compliance depend on getting it right: healthcare, benefits, and regulated workflows where a single defect can mean legal exposure or lost trust.

My focus is on making quality operational—not a bottleneck. That means clear release gates, automation that actually runs, and dashboards that give leadership visibility into risk and readiness so they can scale without scaling chaos.

I put together a full QA strategy and implementation plan for a healthcare cost-containment and compliance partner—covering executive summary, 30/60/90 rollout, risk-based test strategy, metrics, release process, tooling, and team structure.
